Counting the days till I can go back

School is starting in ahh two more sleeps! Can't believe the 4 months are up. Back when I only had two months in highschool that seemed short now 4 months seems short. Everyday I am trying to figure out opportunities that will allow me to get back to Haiti and soon! Tomorrow I am meeting up with one of the nursing administrators at my school about being able to go back to Haiti in May with Rayjon on a leadership trip. This trip is the first one of its kind and who knows may be the last for a couple of years. It's a huge opportunity as they are only taking 8-10 people. It is a lot of dedication and responsibility but I am ready to take on the task! This trip plus many other things will allow me to one day become a trip leader and bring students and adults to Haiti and Dominican on awareness trips through Rayjon just like the trip I went on in 2009. (Rayjon is a non charitable organization out of Sarnia) So please keep your fingers crossed for me that Windsor University will allow me to miss a week of my co-op to go on this trip that will for sure be an amazing learning experience!
